About Morgan and Reticle
Hi, I’m Morgan. I work with individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits around the greater Eastside to untangle technology problems and figure out what comes next. Most of the time, people already have a sense of where they want to go, things just feel messy or unclear getting there.
I’ve spent over 25 years across software engineering, IT, security, and business systems. I’ve built and led teams, supported both commercial and government environments, and worked on security and compliance efforts, including alongside the Department of Defense. But what I’ve always enjoyed most is sitting down with someone, understanding what’s actually going on, and helping them move from stuck to making progress again.
Reticle grew out of that. It’s my local consulting practice, built around clear thinking, practical help, and working through things together. No overengineering, no pressure, just a steady path forward that makes sense for you.
